Dantherm mobile dehumidifiers offer quick and easy control for water damage restoration companies and the construction industry. The units are renowned for their user-friendliness, superior digital control and light yet robust design.
An efficient fan draws in humid air through the large front vent. It draws air in, and it passes through a refrigerated evaporator.
The moist air condensates on contact with the cold surface of the evaporator, and the water drips directly into the internal water tank. The cold, dry air is then passed through a hot condenser before it is expelled into the room to repeat the process.
The active, demand-controlled defrosting is activated through a temperature sensor on the evaporator. Defrosting is done by means of hot refrigerant being fed through the evaporator.
The Dantherm CDT 60 refrigerant dehumidifier is a professional machine that can remove up to 65 litres of excess moisture from a space within 24 hours. It has an operating temperature range of 3°C - 35°C and an airflow rate of 725m³/h, so it is effective in a range of climates and can circulate the air in larger areas.
The Dantherm CDT 60 MKIII is a more environmentally friendly refrigerant dehumidifier. It contains the newer, eco-friendly R454c refrigerant, which offers improved efficiency, is non-toxic and easily replaces the previous refrigerant used. R454c meets all of the 2020 EU regulations for safe use in climate control equipment.
